You will work in rotating shifts with your colleagues, you will have to work at least 4 days/week and work at the office at least 1 day/week.

In this role, 90% of your responsibilities is to focus on Customer Care Services and Order Management. This means actively engaging with customers to understand their needs, and creating quotes. You'll collaborate closely with the Operations Management Department to guide the customers through the ordering process, including sharing necessary information, addressing inquiries and overseeing the transmission of assignment versions between writers and customers, ensuring a smooth experience, and reconnecting with previous customers to maintain excellent service standards.
