MAAS EDUCATION TECHNOLOGY JSC is looking for young talents for the Performance Marketing Executive position to join our dynamic, passionate, and creative team.

The Digital Marketing Executive will collaborate closely with the internal marketing team or digital agencies, they aim to achieve company-set objectives as well as personal goals. These objectives typically revolve around boosting digital sales, generating leads, enhancing brand engagement, driving conversions, reducing lead costs and increasing return on investment.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Performance Marketing:
  • Plan and brief advertising content to ensure alignment with brand objectives and target audience preferences.
  • Understanding customer behavior, preferences, and needs to develop targeted marketing campaigns that increase the number of SQL.
  • Execute multitasking advertising campaigns across various platforms to maximize brand exposure and engagement.
  • Stay updated with emerging advertising platforms and technologies and incorporate them into marketing strategies.
  • Manage advertising budgets to optimize spending and maximize ROI.
  • Implement native advertising and sponsored content initiatives to seamlessly integrate brand messaging into relevant content.
  • Oversee affiliate marketing programs to drive customer acquisition and engagement.
  • Possess expertise in utilizing various advertising tools on platforms like Meta and TikTok, Google ads, Linkedin, Snapchat, etc. to reach diverse audience segments effectively.
  • Identify and develop new sales channels to expand the brand's market presence and drive revenue growth.

REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar digital marketing role
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field
• Experience in proactively managing a digital presence within an organization, preferably a commercial entity, including: Social Media Advertising; Email Marketing/campaign (Mailchimp etc); Experience with B2C social media, Google Adwords and SEO/SEM
• Perfect knowledge of web analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics, WebTrends etc.)
• Analytical mindset and critical thinking, creative problem solver, passionate about winning and achieving results.
• Experience in advertising in foreign countries is a plus.
