8.30 a.m - 5.30 p.m Monday to Friday

The primary role of an HR Specialist includes managing our recruitment processes, guiding new employees through their onboarding journey, and playing a key role in building and maintaining our company culture.
Responsibilities
Recruitment:
- Develop and implement recruitment plans that align with the company's needs.
- Coordinate with various departments to identify recruitment needs and specific hiring criteria.
- Execute the recruitment process to ensure the company's staffing requirements are met accurately and timely.
- Address employee queries and provide support during their tenure.
C&B
- Assist with issues related to salaries, bonuses, benefits, and employment contracts.
- Checking timesheet.
Collaborate with the Team to Build Company Culture:
- Organize internal activities to foster employee engagement and build a positive corporate culture.
- Encourage and develop the company's core cultural values.
- Listen to and collect feedback from employees to improve the working environment.
Other Duties:
- Manage office admin tasks.
Requirements:
- Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Economics, Business Administration, or related fields.
- Experience: At least 1 year of experience in the HR field, particularly in recruitment, onboarding, corporate culture building, and C&B.
- Knowledge:
- In-depth understanding of the recruitment process, candidate profile management, and effective recruitment methods.
- Experience in managing and tracking the employee journey from entry to exit.
- Experience in developing and implementing onboarding programs.
- Knowledge of labor laws and HR-related policies.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office and online recruitment tools.
- Language Skills: Good English skills, preferably IELTS 6.0 or higher.
- Soft Skills:
- Excellent communication and persuasion skills.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work effectively both in teams and independently.
- Problem-solving and flexible situation handling skills.
- Good listening skills and understanding of human psychology.
