Project Manager

As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating various projects within the organization, providing guidance and support to team members, and advising the CEO as needed. Additionally, having knowledge in data analysis is considered a plus for this role.

1/ RESPONSIBILITIES

• Plan, execute, and manage projects from initiation to closure, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget;
• Make budget proposals, ensure that a project stays on budget by actively monitoring and reallocating funds as necessary;
• Create a payment process for customers;
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to define project requirements, and ensure project objectives are met;
• Manage the workflow, oversee the operations of the technical team and assign tasks to team members according to their skills and expertise;
• Identify and mitigate project risks, and escalate issues as needed to ensure timely resolution;
• Monitor project progress, performance metrics, provide updates and drive decision-making;
• Serve as a point of contact for the CEO, offering advice and recommendations on project-related matters;
• Conduct data analysis to derive insights and inform project decisions, as needed;
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the project team;
• Other tasks are assigned by the CEO.

2/ REQUIREMENTS

• Have a personal laptop;
• Have a good knowledge of CRM system, data analysis techniques, Google development, SEO Google, and programming languages;
• Knowledge of project management such as Scrum, Agile, or Waterfall;
• Have experience working closely with the IT department, software development and web technology;
• Can multitask, work well under pressure, strong attention to detail, and work efficiently to meet strict deadlines;
• Have excellent interpersonal skills for collaborating effectively with others;
• Proven track record of successfully managing projects from initiation to completion;
• Strong leadership, communication (in both Vietnamese and English), and interpersonal skills;
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously;
• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business, Administration, or related field;
• Minimum of 3 years of previous experience in similar roles.
