CS team is responsible for customer interactions from information collection to deal closure, revenue management, and working with OC to ensure top quality service through order processing, issue resolution, and refunds.

Customer Service (CS) Department

OC team collaborates with Academic Writers and Quality Control to fulfill customer orders, while also managing orders and refund with CS, and assuming responsibility for cancellation rates, failure rates, and package differences.
